Wine-Food Pairing Cena
Out of an abundance of caution, this event has been postponed to a TBD future date
All tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event
We are pleased to have Mr. Alberto Panella originally from Perugia, Italy representing the extensive wineries portfolio of Tenth Harvest as we planned this fundraiser. As indicated below, our member chefs have again created an outstanding multi-course unique menu and conferred with Alberto to select the wines from the different wineries to complement each course. We will also have the pleasure of Alberto at the cena to take the guests through each wine poured.
Because of space constraints in configuring the lodge for this type of event, we will limit attendance to 62 guests.
The featured wines will be available for purchase at discounted prices from our member-owned Waterbury Liquors.
